Sources and references
Listing data comes from the McLennan County Bail Bond Board's own published roster. Legal explanations come from Texas statutes and court materials. Everything is linked so you can check it.
Editorial standards
Agency names, addresses, agents and phone numbers are reproduced from the county's public roster, not from advertising. We do not publish invented reviews, star ratings or price quotes for any agency. Premium figures are described as customary Texas practice — roughly 10% of the bond amount, up to about 15% on higher-risk bonds — never as a fixed legal rate.
Chapman's Bail Bonds and Break 'Em Out Bail Bonds are the featured partners of this directory, which is disclosed on every page where they appear. Every other licensed agency is listed with the same county-published information and no editorial commentary.
